► Q1- On which platforms is Project Planning Pro available?

Project Planning Pro is available on Mac, iOS and Android as of now.

► Q2- What are the files supported in Project Planning Pro?

Currently you can import .xml, .ppp & .mpp files (files from Microsoft Project 2013 to 2016) in Project Planning Pro while you can export Projects in .ppp, .xml, .csv & .pdf

► Q3- From where can I Import Files?

As of now, you can import all supported files from iCloud, Dropbox & Mail.

► Q4- Can I import files created in other Project Management Software?

Currently we only support project plans created in Microsoft Project.

► Q5- How can I import files created in Microsoft Project?

You can import plans that you have created in Microsoft Project (.mpp files) and edit it in Project Planning Pro. However, to do this on your Mac you need to install latest version of Java. Here's the link to find the latest version of Java Here's a tutorial that shows how to do it.


► Q6- Does Project Planning Pro have iCloud Sync feature?

Now you can sync projects on your iOS and macOS devices using iCloud. Please note, iCloud Sync is only available for app purchased from Mac App Store. Check out the video to see how it works.


► Q9- Can I get refund if I don't like the product?

Yes you can get refund for your product if you are unhappy with it. However, you have to raise a refund request within 30 days of the purchase made. Also the reason for refund will be taken into consideration before it is processed.

► Q10- What is the procedure to get a refund?

  • If you are unhappy with the product we request you to write us at orders@fastspring.com with the reason of refund and the order id of your transaction.
  • Order Id is mentioned in the Invoice sent to you by mail at the time of purchase.
  • If you contact us within 30 days of purchase, along with Order id and a genuine reason we will refund you the money.

► Q11- What should I do if the transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account?

In this case, if it's a failed transaction the money will be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not we request you to write us at orders@fastspring.com and we will look into it.
